This ministry aimed in providing information of Hospitals & Blood Bank in India. Citizens can use mobile app to find hospital & blood bank and book appointment in government and private hospitals.
A Voice portal has been created to address queries related to various diseases, symptoms, precautions, first aid etc.
User dials a toll free number and speaks the disease name for which information is sought, system recognizes the utterance and plays out the relevant information in a interactive conversation. User can know about directory services for hospital, blood bank and ambulance services.
