Colgate India along with Indian Dental Association (IDA), in 2004, rolled out Oral Health Month (OHM), an awareness campaign to establish and promote the importance of good oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups. Spanning two months – November and December- OHM is focused on educating consumers and offers dental check-ups across the country.


Challenge Encountered

Colgate India run successful campaign during Oral health month. This year to maximize the reach to rural India the campaign was to run in English, Hindi and 8 regional languages with input over speech and dtmf both.

Use Case

After analysing the problem and understanding the situation, Eurys made given a solution over speech with 10+ regional languages. Result of the changes taken in practice and Eurys made a robust solution to accept input over speech and dtmf after categorising the user language based on the region.
